Store Manager Responsibilities
**Generate Profits
**Develop superior customer service
**Maintain store operations
**Merchandises products
**Enhances department and organization reputation
**Hire and train new employees
Required Qualifications
**Presents a professional, positive image that reflects well on the organization
**Team-oriented and works collaboratively to achieve team goals
**Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships
**Promotes excellence by providing superior service to each customer
**High School Diploma
**Excellent communication, customer service, and detail orientated skills
**Must be able to work a minimum of 45 hours per week
